Edan Alexander, the American-Israeli soldier held captive by Hamas for 19 months, received the Honor Award at the seventh annual Fox Nation Patriot Awards in New York City on November 6, 2025.

His parents accepted the award while he delivered a prerecorded message from Israel, where he has resumed active duty in the Israel Defense Forces.

Alexander thanked President Trump for his role in securing his release and reaffirmed his commitment to serving Israel while honoring fallen soldiers.

“I’m so honored to accept this recognition from the Fox Patriot Awards. Serving Israel and standing for America remains the greatest privilege of my life. I want to thank President Trump for your leadership and for standing with Israel and the hostages.” Alexander said
