President Vladimir Putin is set to visit India from the 04-05 December for the 23rd Indian-Russian annual summit.

According to Government of India in an announcement on Friday, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended an invite to Putin.

Part of the press release read: “The forth coming state visit will provide an opportunity for the leadership of India and Russia to review progress in bilateral relations, set the vision for strengthening the ‘special and privilege strategic partnership’ and exchange views on regional and global issues of mutual interest ”
