US President Participate In Peace Deal Signing Between Rwanda And Congo In Washington To End One Of The Longest Running Conflicts In The World

President Trump joins President Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and President Kagame of Rwanda in signing the Washington Accords, ending the decades-long war between the two nations.
