President Trump joins President Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and President Kagame of Rwanda in signing the Washington Accords, ending the decades-long war between the two nations.
“For more than 30 years, one of the worst conflicts on earth has been raging in Eastern Congo. Millions and millions of people have been tragically killed… many administrations have tried… today, we’re succeeding where so many others have failed.” Trump stated.
