Troops of the Nigerian Army have busted a criminal gang in Oshimili North, Delta State, arresting several suspects and recovering many weapons. Acting on intelligence, soldiers arrested cult members in Ibusa and seized pump-action rifles. Further searches led to the recovery of more rifles and the arrest of 13 suspects, including a native doctor.

The Army has handed the suspects and weapons over for investigation and assured residents that operations will continue to keep Delta State safe.
