Governor Tim Walz Defends Minnesota’s Values And Recoveries Amid Allegation Of Over $19 Billion Fraud, Claims Trump Attention Is On The State Because He ‘Lost Minnesota Three Times’

In a Truth Social post, president Trump accused Rep. Ilhan Omar and Gov. Tim Walz of ties to over $19 billion in fraud, demanding jail or deportation amid the real Feeding Our Future scandal that defrauded $250 million in child nutrition money.

Federal probes revealed broader issues like $9 billion in suspicious Medicaid claims and $700 million in cash seizures at airports, with FBI Director Kash Patel promising more arrests.

In his defense Governor Walz wrote on X: “Minnesota may be known for our lakes, Bob Dylan, and Prince – but our civic engagement runs deeper.

“If Donald Trump intended to make an example out of Minnesota, then I am damn proud of that example.”
