Ademola Lookman has sent a goodwill message to Atlético Madrid supporters following the completion of his move to the Spanish giants.

The Nigerian forward, who has officially joined Atlético Madrid, took to X to express his excitement and pride at beginning a new chapter in his career.

Lookman arrives at the Metropolitano with valuable top-level experience and a proven winning mentality, qualities Atlético will be hoping to benefit from as the season progresses. The 28-year-old forward will wear the number 22 jersey for Diego Simeone’s side.

He has already been presented to the media and has taken part in training sessions with his new teammates, settling quickly into his new environment.

Lookman is expected to make his debut for Atlético Madrid in the Copa del Rey quarter-final clash scheduled for tomorrow, February 5, 2025,
