- Flight tickets for wife and two children (Eric and wife business class; children economy class).

- Supply of proper equipment in accordance with the coach’s demands.
- Based on opponents, the coach to have the right of choice regarding international friendly matches.
- Structured camping programs.
- Authority to initiate programs for youth development.
- Provision for the coach to travel to watch, monitor, and engage national team players abroad.
