President Muhammadu Buhari via his twitter handle on Saturday, after the Presidential campaign rally of his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Nasarawa state, where he endorsed Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as his choice, urged Nigerians to vote for Tinubu.

Responding under the tweet, some of the citizens had cried out at the injustice and hardship the ruling party had inflicted on the country and had bluntly told the sitting president to let them elect their choice of candidate into presidency.

Nigerians had pointed out that it is okay for him to advice them, but it’s their choice that count had demanded a free and fair election on the 25th of February from him.

The president tweet had read: “Today in Lafia, Nasarawa State, I delivered my message: VOTE Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the next President of Nigeria, and VOTE Governor Abdullahi Sule for a 2nd term!

“I have known Asiwaju for more than 20 years; he is a committed Nigerian; he will give his best to Nigeria!” PMB vowed.

In response to his statement, some had pointed out the failure of his administration, while others opined that Tinubu is not healthy enough to orchestrate the affairs of the country, though APC enthusiasts are fully in support of the president’s choice while others kicked against it, some of the statement read:

@itsmonwilliam: “Lies. @MBuhari  I know deep down you know @officialABAT is not really healthy to take on the task as Nigerian president. When u even got elected you were far more healthy than Tinubu is. He has not even faced any pressure & he’s already staggering everywhere ������. We don’t want APC.”
