However, he is now uncertain about making an immediate transfer to Orlando City after Atlético de Madrid secured a place in the Copa del Rey Final by eliminating FC Barcelona. The team’s strong position and the opportunity to compete for a title have complicated the player’s decision.

Orlando City reportedly understands Griezmann’s hesitation but has made it clear that their current offer is only valid for now. The MLS club is aware that other opportunities could emerge in the next transfer window, meaning the situation could change if the move does not happen immediately.

Griezmann had reached a verbal agreement with Orlando City in November at a time when he had lost his regular starting place at Atlético. Since then, the situation has shifted significantly.
