Anderson’s agents were said to be present at Old Trafford following the recent clash between Manchester United and Nottingham Forest, where discussions took place regarding a potential summer move.

Reports also claim that former Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick personally spoke with Anderson outside the dressing room after the match. The discussions were allegedly supported by club captain Bruno Fernandes and rising star Kobbie Mainoo, as the club intensifies efforts to convince the talented midfielder to make the move to Old Trafford.

Nottingham Forest are understood to be open to a sale but would demand a package worth around £80 million before considering offers for one of their key players.
