Former President Donald Trump secures his third battleground victory of the evening by winning Pennsylvania, bringing him closer to a White House win. Other swing states, including Michigan, Nevada and Wisconsin, are too close to call. NBC reported.
Vice President Kamala Harris takes California, New York and other traditionally Democratic states, but her path to victory narrows with Trump breaking through the blue wall
Donald Trump is projected to win Pennsylvania’s presidential contest, besting Kamala Harris and securing the state’s 19 electoral votes.
He is now just four electoral votes away from a projected win.
This is the second battleground state that Trump has flipped red. He also flipped Georgia red and defended North Carolina. Harris has yet to pick up a battleground state.
Pennsylvania is also part of the so-called “blue wall,” along with Michigan and Wisconsin. The three states have voted together in recent elections.
Pennsylvania is viewed as a critical swing state, and both candidates have spent a lot of time campaigning there. Trump’s win in the state significantly limits Harris’ path to the presidency.
