Las Palmas shocked Barcelona with a 2-1 victory at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, spoiling the Catalans’ 125th-anniversary party.

After a goalless first half, Sandro Ramírez gave Las Palmas the lead against his former side. Raphinha drew Barcelona level in the 61st minute, taking his tally to 14 goals for the club this season. However,Fabio Silva restored Las Palmas lead in the 67th minute with a brilliant strike that sealed the three points.

The win was Las Palmas’ fourth in La Liga this season, lifting them to 14th place. Meanwhile, Barcelona’s struggles continue—they’ve managed just one point from their last three matches . They still retain their league at the top of Laliga with 34 points and four clear off rivals Real Madrid who have two games in hand.
