Chelsea has completed the signing of Brazilian prospect Denner Evangelista from Corinthians for a fee of around £10 million, plus £4 million in add-ons.

Renowned football journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed the deal, stating: “Denner Evangelista to Chelsea, here we go! Deal agreed for the 17-year-old full-back to join Chelsea from Corinthians for €10 million plus €4 million in add-ons, with taxes covered. Contract until 2032 to be signed soon, as he will join Chelsea in 2026.”

Evangelista, a Brazil U-17 international, is regarded as one of the brightest young talents in the country. He showcased his potential in the 2025 Copinha Sicredi, a prestigious youth tournament organized by the São Paulo Football Federation (FPF), where he impressed by scoring three goals and providing an assist.

Evangelista is a versatile full-back known for his attacking qualities, ball progression, precise passing, and defensive contributions.
