Ethan Wheatley has signed a new contract with Manchester United, keeping him at the club until 2028. The young forward, currently on loan at EFL League Two side Walsall, has made three senior appearances for United.

Wheatley joined the Red Devils’ academy at the age of nine and has continued his development within the club’s youth system.

The 19-year-old described the contract extension as a proud moment for him and his family. He remains a key talent for both the present and future, with United’s head coach, Rúben Amorim, reportedly valuing the academy product as part of his long-term plans.
