The Nigerian Railway Corporation Has Announced Plan to Reactivate the Rail Track to Idogo to Transport Farmers and their produce to major markets outside Ogun West, The Corporation says the Idogo rail is being reactivated for the movement of food items from the Agricultural Areas in the axis. The Corporation Managing Director Kayode Opeifa Announced the Plan While Receiving a Delegation of the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration in his office in Lagos. The Idogo (/Re-Do-Do/) Rail was Constructed by the British colonial masters to bring food from agricultural areas in Ogun West to Lagos. The Rail Line Was Scrapped by the Buhari Military Regime in 1984, as part of Rationalization of inviable rail Routes.
