Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, yesterday received the Silverbird Governor of the Year Award at a ceremony held at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island. 

In his acceptance speech, Governor Sanwo-Olu dedicated the Award to the people of Lagos State. He assured Lagosians that his 2nd term will continue to continue to deliver good governance and dividends of democracy to the people of Lagos State.

Mr Governor thanked the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, for laying a solid foundation for a Modern Lagos, which other Governors of Lagos have followed till date.
