A 33 year old Marcus Delaney from Georgia has filed for Divorce from his wife after she allowed Grammy winning singer Usher Raymond to ‘seduce her on stage.’

Delaney claimed his wife has never kissed him in public and he was shocked that she could do that to a ‘complete stranger in the presence of 20k people.’

The Georgian man filed for divorce after a viral moment at an Usher concert turned into a breaking point in his marriage.

According to court documents filed in Fulton County last week, 33-year-old Marcus Delaney is seeking to end his five-year marriage to wife Tasha Delaney, citing “irreconcilable differences” stemming from an incident at Usher’s Las Vegas residency show on March 23.

During the concert, Usher, known for his signature serenades, invited Tasha onstage to sing his hit “There Goes My Baby.” As the crowd cheered, she kissed the R&B singer briefly on the lips. The moment was captured on video and quickly went viral, racking up millions of views on TikTok and Instagram.

Marcus told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, “It was humiliating. That wasn’t just a concert moment — it crossed a line.”

Tasha, meanwhile, has called the incident “innocent fun” and says she was blindsided by the divorce filing.

Usher’s representatives declined to comment.

This isn’t the first time an Usher concert has stirred headlines. In 2023, actress Keke Palmer’s appearance at one of his shows sparked widespread online debate about relationship boundaries in the age of viral fame.
