The late Comptroller General of Customs Alhaji Abdullahi Dikko Inde once came to pray in a mosque in Kaduna. After the prayers, he was stopped by a group of youths. He dipped his hand in his pocket and wanted to give them money. The youths said they don’t want money they need jobs. He asked them of their educational qualifications and was told they were all graduates. He promised to get back to them after collecting the number of one of them.

Upon his return to Abuja, months later, he called that number and requested that they should all forward their CVs. They compiled their CVs and included those of their friends who were all graduates, numbering forty. Weeks later, all the forty of them received text messages of invitation for interview and screening. Today many of them have become officers and family men.
