Outrage, Anger As Commentators Demand For Immediate Termination Of Secret Service Agent, Anthony Pough, Over Social Media Post That Charlie Kirk Got What He Deserves.

a secret service agent Anthony Pough had posted posted on Facebook suggesting that the conservative activist Charlie Kirk assassinated on Wednesday during an event Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, deserved to be murdered.

Kirk was killed when a shooter fired from a rooftop, striking him fatally. A manhunt is underway for the suspect, with President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance condemning the attack as political violence.

However, Pough is of different opinion to the mourning of the late hero, pointing out that the deceased “spewed hate and racism on his show”.

His statement has caused outrage and condemnation, with many calling for his termination from the agency with the belief that he can’t protect lives he sworn to, from harm.

Leading the cause is, senior United States senator from Tennessee, Marsha Blackburn who earlier posted that her grandson is a fan of Kirk.

Blackburn described Agent Pough as “rogue” while she called for his immediate termination and further affirmed that “It’s time to root out the rot in the Secret Service.”

The senator wrote a letter to the senate stating that the agency has been full of political actors, needing reform thus calling for Pough’s termination.

Investigative journalist Laura Loomer supporting the Tennessee senator stated that the agent mocked the assassination of Kirk and cannot be trusted to protect the president.

Loomer directed her plea to Secretary Kristi Noem of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, urging her to “please fire this agent.”

There are several others demanding Pough be relieved from his duty, believing he can’t be trusted.

Nick Sortor wrote: “This guy needs to be sacked IMMEDIATELY! He CANNOT be trusted to actually protect President Trump and other officials. FIRE HIM!”
