The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Consumer Protection’s Director, Michael Achimugu reported that the stranded Miss Gloria Ibukun Omisore who was allegedly ill-treated by the Kenya Airways in Nairobi arrived Lagos. Omisore was traveling from Lagos to Nairobi, Paris, and Manchester. On arrival in Nairobi for her connecting flight (Nairobi-Paris), it was discovered that she did not have a Schengen Visa and had demanded for accommodation, food and sanitary when she got to Nairobi for a 17 hour layover but was denied boarding due to her visa requirement.
