Nigeria president Bola Tinubu has begun a 10-day working vacation in France and the UK, combining official duties with his annual leave. He departs Abuja today to commence the working leave. Tinubu has visited at least 16 countries — including France, UK, US, China, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Germany, Ghana, Tanzania, Senegal, and others spending a combined 165 days abroad since his inauguration in May 2023.

Sule Invites Tinubu To Commission New 6,000MT Lithium Processing Plant In Nasarawa
Governor Abdullahi Sule has invited President Bola Tinubu to commission a newly built 6,000 metric tons lithium processing plant in Edo, Nasarawa Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, which the president accepted. He extended the invitation to President Tinubu on Wednesday during a visit to the State House, Abuja, where they held a closed-door meeting. The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mallam Ibrahim Addra, made this known in a statement on Facebook. Addra also revealed that other issues of development were also discussed during the meeting, including the request for additional support to expand the Jangwa/Agwatashi Rice Project.
