Crashing a Dream
I returned to Anambra State in 2008 to meet a state and a people that were excited and upbeat. And they had every reason to be so happy. Anambra had two governors, in fact, those were the exact words of the master of ceremony at the first major function that I attended on my return at the All Saints Cathedral open arena, Onitsha. One was the governor of the state, Peter Obi who was then the rave of the moment having retrieved the mandate the people gave him in the 2003 election; the other was the governor of money, Charles...

IBRAHIM DANKWAMBO GOT IT TOTALLY WRONG .
Former Gombe State Governor, Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo, was quoted this week as expressing support and even went further to describe former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as an ultimate political leader in the North. For me as a citizen, stakeholder and practicing Muslim who traversed the length and breadth of the country, I want to totally disagree with the views and stand of the former Governor. In fact, I will say Northern Nigeria is now caught in a most debilitating and horrific moral crossfire between serving God or paying tribute and spiritual homage to Godfatherism, like never heard before. I couldn’t imagine...
Lagos did this just to beat and ease traffic stress for those coming from Ogba, Agege and environs trying to link Ojota.
When we tell you to hold your Governors accountable and demand for infrastructures and better life cause they affect you directly, you ignorantly and mischievously ask us if they are the ones that removed subsidies. May you not be so bittered to the point you loose your senses.Amen. Copied
