The US Postal Service (USPS) announced on Tuesday it has stopped accepting parcels from mainland China and Hong Kong until further notice. According to a statement on the company’s website, it says letters referred to as “flats” will not be affected by the suspension. The alert statement further revealed that the change is effective immediately and will remain “until further notice.” Though no explanation was offered for the announcement, however, this is coming after US President Donald Trump imposed an additional 10% tariff on all goods imported to the US from China. A female swimmer has died in a shark attack in the waters off a popular tourist spot on Australia’s east coast, authorities said.
